Shivani brings 18 years of experience in B2B business development, marketing, and client relationship management across India and international markets. She has also built and led a marketing agency that achieved 100% client retention. Continuing to strengthen her capabilities in business strategy and strategic decision-making, she is pursuing AGMP from IIM-Ahmedabad. At TrioRise, Shivani ensures that every engagement begins with the right business problem, a clear commercial objective, and a solution that delivers measurable value.
Divya Sakalley
Divya brings 15 years of experience translating business goals into practical people strategies. Her journey spans HR business partnering roles with multinational organizations such as Fujitsu Consulting India and Aegis Limited, as well as an independent practice built on trusted, repeat client engagements. At TrioRise, she leads the design of learning, development, and employee-retention interventions — each created around the client\'s specific workforce challenges, never taken off the shelf.
Kritika Sakalley Kashive
Kritika has built and managed HR functions from the ground up for a workforce of more than 500 employees. Her experience spans payroll, statutory compliance, HR policies, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. Recognized with the Best HR Head Award, she brings the operational discipline that keeps people practices structured, compliant, and consistently executed.
